Terms of work

The short version of how a job is agreed and carried out. The quote you receive is the full version and takes precedence.

Quotes are fixed prices including GST for the work described, once we have seen the job in photos or on site. Exclusions are written on the quote. Work outside the quoted scope is agreed and priced before it is done, not after.

A minimum attendance fee of Minimum to confirm applies to every job and is shown on every quote. Where a test patch is declined by the customer, the attendance fee is the only charge.

Our make-good position: make-good wording to be agreed with the owner.

Some outcomes cannot be guaranteed and are stated before work starts: the visibility of a filled chip on veined stone, the complete removal of rust and dye stains, and colour changes that are in the stone rather than on it.
