Scratches
Scratches on marble. Honed out, then polished back.
Fine scratching comes out completely. A deep gouge is filled first and will always be faintly visible from close up.

What it is.
Fine scratches on marble come from grit under a pot, a chopping board dragged across, or years of wiping in one direction. They are shallow and they come out completely by honing the surface back a fraction and re-polishing it. A deep scratch or gouge is a different job: it is filled with a colour-matched resin, levelled, and the top is polished as one surface so the repair reads as part of the stone. It will not be invisible on a heavily veined marble, and we will tell you where it will show before we start.

Two photos and your suburb. We will say whether it comes out, and what it costs, usually the same day.
